Below is a list of questions we're often asked by patients when they first come across our online site. We have included as much information as you need to know about our company, the details of the treatments we provide, how to place an order, delivery options and the payment methods we accept.

About OMS
OMS is fully regulated and authorised by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) for the sale of medicines through our website.
OMS is registered in England and Wales as an online pharmacy with the General Pharmaceutical Council. You can view the registration information on the General Pharmaceutical Council website.
Find the type of treatment you're looking for and start a consultation. We’ll ask you some questions about your health and recommend the best treatments for you. Once you’ve selected your treatment a clinician will review your answers, and your order will be delivered quickly and discreetly to your home.
You do not require a prescription to use our OMS service. Our clinicians will issue a free private prescription if you’re eligible for treatment.
We accept payments through Sage Pay.
Yes, we use the same UK authorised pharmaceutical suppliers and wholesalers as most UK local pharmacies. All treatments are fully UK-licensed.
The questionnaire is required so we can assess your symptoms and medical history in order to determine if the supply of medicine if appropriate for you.
We offer the option to give your GP details when you are placing your order. We can notify your GP for you if you wish, but we would always obtain your consent before giving out any information.
Yes. Your personal details and order history are completely confidential and will never be shared with a third party.
Ordering
No. All you need to do is complete a quick online medical consultation. This will be reviewed by one of our prescribers, and if treatment is suitable for you, they will prescribe the treatment free of charge. For some treatments, however, you will need to have been diagnosed with the relevant medical condition by a GP or pharmacist prior to ordering from us.
Yes, because your medical situation may change. If you have filled in a previous order, however, all the information is filled automatically, and you just have to read through to make sure that it is correct.
Once you have placed an order with us, email confirmations are automatic. If you have not received one, please check your junk mail. Also, double-check that you have provided us with the correct email address upon registration. If you have any issues, contact the OMS patient care team for assistance.
Delivery, postage and packaging
The weekday cutoff is 16:00.
Order before 4pm for same day dispatch, subject to clinical approval. Some treatments, including weight loss injectables, may require additional safety checks before approval.
- Royal Mail 1st Class — you’ll receive your order in 1–3 days, Monday to Saturday.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery 4pm — you'll receive your order the next day by 4pm, Monday to Saturday.
- Royal Mail Special delivery 11am — you'll receive your order the next day by 4pm, Monday to Saturday.
- Post Office Collection — collect from a local Post Office of your choice in 1–3 days, Monday to Saturday.
All medications are sent through a courier service such as Royal Mail and delivered directly to you. The packaging is plain, without branding or labels.
Yes, you can track the order using a tracking number provided in the dispatch email. It can take a few hours from the receipt of the dispatch email for the tracking number to become active.

The reference for your payment will appear as Ambermeds Solutions on your bank statement.
Contact your GP, a local pharmacy, or OMS (Link Whatsapp number?) if you experience any side effects with your treatment. Seek immediate medical attention if side effects are severe and call 999 if they’re life-threatening.
OMS operates a system of remote prescribing. We offer safe and effective treatments for conditions we can safely diagnose without a physical examination. If you can’t find the treatment you’re looking for, or you need more urgent care, please contact your GP or local pharmacy.
OMS has a written complaints policy. To lodge a formal complaint, please fill out our contact form. We aim to acknowledge all formal written complaints within two working days and respond to them within five working days.
