Returns

My medication has not worked as expected or I no longer need it. Can I return it?

Unfortunately, according to the requirements of the UK regulator (MHRA), we cannot accept the return of any medication that has left our premises as it cannot be reused once it has left our premises. If you are unhappy with a medication then you can get in touch with us and we may be able to recommend a suitable alternative for you to order next time. If you have any unwanted or unused medication, you can take it to a local pharmacy, and they will dispose of the products safely.

If you have ordered any of our products that are to be delivered by post, you have the right to cancel such an order up until the point that your medication is dispatched. Your right to cancel the order ends on the date of the dispatch confirmation.

How long does it take for an order to be returned?

We hope that you will be happy with any medication that you order from us. However, if you wish to return medication to us because it is:

  • not as described;
  • damaged or faulty

We will refund the price of the medication in full together with any applicable delivery charges.

The return time generally depends on how the order is sent back and the specific return service used. Please bear in mind that not all orders are eligible to be returned and you should check by contacting us by email before attempting to send anything back to us.

My order has been returned to sender. What do I do now?

Once your order has been returned to sender by the courier service, please advise our customer service team by email about whether you require a refund or a re-send, and the reason why you were unable to accept the order in the first place..

How long does it take before I receive my refund?

Once we have received and processed your returned order (which can take up to 1 week), it can take 3-5 working days for you to receive your refund payment to your original payment method. The amount of time taken can vary and is dependent on your bank.
